Cloth & Steele was founded with a vision that goes far beyond clothing—it was created to help women feel confident, seen, and empowered in what they wear every day.
After more than two decades in retail leadership, managing multi-million-dollar businesses and leading large teams, I reached a point where success no longer felt aligned with purpose. While I was grateful for a career that taught me the art of business, leadership, and customer experience, I knew I was being called to build something more personal—something that truly made an impact on women’s lives.
That calling became Cloth & Steele.
What started as a leap of faith—walking away from a six-figure career—quickly turned into a mission: to create a boutique that offers more than just beautiful clothing. I wanted to build a space where women could walk in (or shop online) and feel understood, guided, and confident in their choices.
